        In the processing of copper oxide ore, the extraction process is crucial, with the extraction stage and the back-extraction stage being two core steps, both of which require the support of specialized copper extraction equipment.

        Copper extraction equipment

        The extraction stage is the crucial starting point of the entire process. In specialized extraction equipment, the lean organic phase is thoroughly mixed with the copper oxide ore leaching solution. This equipment typically features highly efficient stirring and mixing capabilities, allowing for rapid and uniform contact between the two phases. The specific extractant in the lean organic phase exhibits high selectivity for copper ions. During mixing, copper ions are transferred from the aqueous leaching solution to the organic phase through chemical interactions with the extractant, forming a loaded organic phase. Other impurities in the leaching solution, such as iron, calcium, magnesium ions, and some non-metallic impurities, remain in the aqueous phase due to their weak affinity for the extractant; this portion of the aqueous phase is called the raffinate.         The back-extraction section is crucial for further purification and enrichment of copper. The loaded organic phase is fed into the back-extraction equipment and mixed with a rich electrolyte. Under high acidity conditions, the back-extraction equipment precisely controls the reaction conditions, weakening the binding force between copper ions and the extractant. Copper is then "released" from the loaded organic phase and enters the electrolyte. This process significantly increases the copper concentration in the electrolyte, meeting the standards required for electrolytic refining, allowing it to be directly used in subsequent electrolytic processes to ultimately produce high-purity copper metal.
