The structure of the plate and frame filter press mainly includes filter plates, filter frames and matching filtration systems. The filter plates and filter frames are combined in an alternating arrangement to form a filter chamber structure. During the filtration process, liquid materials are introduced into the filter chamber, while solid materials are retained on the surface of the filter plate because they cannot pass through the filter cloth, and gradually accumulate to form a filter cake. In specific operation, the material slurry is first transported into the filter chamber through the feeding system, and then, by applying a certain pressure, the liquid part of the slurry is forced to pass through the filter cloth, while the solid components are intercepted by the filter cloth to form a dense filter cake layer.
